I don't understand why this has been downvoted so aggressively. I didn't say anything inaccurate. You can't develop an app that uses App Groups without a paid developer program account. You can't even test such an app lo

The outcome of this settlement was to permit passing on fees and to allow minimums. Now that has been thrown out, so let's go right back to the old way where I could trust that using a credit card would work and not cost money. The &qu

To be clear, you can sideload to a device without paying, but you still can't use all the features. If you want to make an app that uses App Groups, for example, you have to have a paid account. There's no way to even test it with

You can't be positive. Uber has literally never supported tipping. You might be thinking of Lyft or Sidecar or some other competitor.

Uber drivers aren't employees so don't get paid minimum wage (or anything, really) by Uber in the first place. They get paid their fares minus Uber's vig.

Ticketmaster gets paid when the tickets sell. Ticketmaster has absolutely zero interest in stopping scalpers, because scalpers make sure TM makes money. They have to pretend to care to keep the public from rioting, but they clearly do not.

Apple Pay transactions are not logged on Apple's "central servers". Apple has absolutely zero insight into what you buy with Apple Pay. The tokenization protocol is run by the card networks, not Apple.
