these short descriptions I've read don't seem to answer this question for me - how is this different from orgmode + org-babel + HTML/PDF export? See like reinventing the wheel for one language, or am I missing something?

"Surely this is true of all markup languages. How you would represent this visually in a document?" Not to be snarky, but the ML in XML and HTML stands for markup language.. I'd like my markup to be easy to read and also to m

I love orgmode, but what's the advantage over asciidoc? asciidoc looks cleaner to me the other small disadvantage is that text isn't really bound to headers. So headers and text just kinda float around meaninglessly. So you can&#x

This looks really cool! I've been meaning to learn SQL for a long time, but I'm unfortunately in an unrelated field. Could anyone recommend some resources for learning SQL? Preferable targeted towards an experienced programmer

I did check. And it's not at all clear from FDroid that Klar and Focus are the same thing (and reading the other comments here.. it sounds like maybe there is some difference?) I almost only use FDroid, but it can be sometimes of a pai

Just on a positive note - HTTPS has done wonders BC it destroys any granularity in censorship. For instance BC English Wikipedia isn't blocked you are able to look up any topic and authorities have no way of knowing which topic you&#

Like... most of it? You can't do linear algebra "safely" without doing error analysis. So lots of decompositions and operations are very useful for proofs and finding bounds - but can't be use directly to compute values.

Maybe I'm not understanding your point... you only pay if you want to use it in a closed source capacity. The alternative (just a vanilla copy-left license) would mean it's simply impossible to use in a closed source project at al
