They choose to be on Cameo to do it. So who cares? They make it worth their time. LeBron might do it for say $50,000 and say that all of it goes to charity. That sounds good to me.

I would expect where there's a large enough economic incentive, and wealthy-enough private group (say, the NFL, MLB, etc) who wouldn't need to wait for government policy or supply, we will see daily testing of their 'employee
