What are the hardware costs per chip-and-pin reader? $500? It doesn't seem like such a big investment for a mom and pop. Wal-Mart/Target would have to buy 50-75 per store but the costs would be relatively the same.

I noticed on the timeline, that in 2013 the 2nd largest usage circle was for Business/Finance. There are no details about those circles but numbers would have been too ugly I guess. Link: http://www.apple.com/30-years&

This doesn't make sense to me. The people who care the most about not being tracked or having their privacy invaded probably do not have facebook accounts or do not stay logged into their account. Thus, it won't affect them. The

Why do we even need to ask what happens when the poor receive a stipend? Go look in the inner cities. Go to the rural communities and find a trailer park. It's happening now. What has the result been?

This is the ugly underbelly of capitalism: that people aren't paid based upon their "importance". They are simply paid based upon their "value" to the market. Is it important for Clayton Kershaw to pitch for the Dod

Walmart already does this. They keep everything on shelves at the local fulfillment center. I go there maybe once every two weeks and pickup my stuff. It's a pretty neat concept called retail.
