How does Simple compare to something like Ally ( http://www.ally.com )? Thinking about switching banks recently - are online only banks pretty nice, or do they have drawbacks?

Interesting question actually - assume I have some code for some specific problem I need to write. Is actually thinking the problem through and writing the code on my own more beneficial, or is it more beneficial to just find code on stacko

Potentially, depends how it would look visually I guess. You could just display a little message saying the platform isn't supported yet and linking to the FAQ perhaps.

I think it's a pretty neat idea! Might have to get a few friends tomorrow and try it out. One minor suggestion - when I went to the homepage using Firefox, I was a little confused how to get to the actual functionality. From a cognitiv

What a loss for Microsoft - 'SkyDrive' definitely has more of an appeal than 'OneDrive', and it'll surely be confusing to some people to see the name changed. And it seems like a case they should have been able to w

These aren't really used at all in real-world English though (at least American English). So the result would be a very awkward phrase and probably a phrase that is understood by fewer people than before. The technically grammatically-

I think you're 100% right. It's impossible (for me anyways) to be productive 7 days a week for a lot of weeks in a row. I started recently taking Sundays off from working altogether and spent the day only doing stuff like going to

A police officer is essentially a community worker and I believe should have that mentality of serving the community. I don't really believe what the officer did was malicious or even all that inappropriate. I think the police officer

Wonder if this article itself falls into that 75%, 20%, or 5%. As the author says himself: "The likelihood that what you’re reading is completely accurate is very, very, very small. There may be some truth there. There may be none. Jus

Thanks for the counterpoint. I'm completely of the mindset that police should take the mindset of community-servants first (perhaps the fighting mentality is appropriate in certain situations at specific times.) But so many of these ki

The amount of sleep people need varies from person to person as far as I know. I prefer to sleep 7 hours in the night and take a nap in the afternoon, and that leaves me feeling pretty good most of the day. Some people I know can sleep less
