Good question. We are based in EU where this is not the norm. We are charged for the call transfer, the caller is not. No clue about how this works elsewhere.

I do, because I don't do a lot of physical or online shopping for fun, nor I spend time looking for new products by reading reviews or lifestyle articles. I do prefer to see advertising about things that are a bit related to my interes

tl;dr yes. A lot of applied mathematics (physics, quantitative finance, some machine learning) rely a lot on analysis. In a more general light, I would advice against skipping bricks of something that big and that close to your direct field

I use, I like it. I rarely use the debugger feature, the main thing I dig is autocompletion and quick access to related source files. It is what you would expect from Jetbrains on PHP.
