I'm interested in chatbots for learning foreign languages. In that scenario I really don't care how dumb the conversation is, just that it's grammatically correct. Does anybody know of such a service?

This is great advice, I often use programming to distract myself from some pain or other. It can be a useful tool but can also become a long-term avoidance which isn't healthy.

I'm no ML expert, but my understanding is that the bias is usually in the training data, not the model. The idea here is that you can generate bias-free "garbage" and therefore reduce the bias of the trained model

I've never seen PEP582 until now, but it looks concerningly short. It doesn't discuss tradeoffs, alternatives, and is nowhere near comprehensive enough in its examples. It just doesn't seem very thoroughly thought through...

Soy is exported at about 380 USD per ton, and yield is something like 3 tons per hectare. I'm not sure how much the farmer doing the deforestation gets though. But deforesting the Amazon is sadly very cheap. Much cheaper than it should
