Seems like escalating this fight with Google is pretty much the last thing they should be doing. They need to be proving they can be trusted, not throwing a tantrum.

It's probably more just that sites are using SPA frameworks that use onClicks in JS instead of hrefs in HTML. Can't control click a link that isn't a link, it's a span pretending to be a link.

The PR campaign won't be targeting users, it'll be targeting business/site owners. A user might be annoyed that random sites stop working, but the people who operate those sites will see their traffic fall off a cliff. The on

I don't know why Apple thinks they're going to have any sway over the people working on 3D graphics. Their hardware support for 3d graphics has been so awful for so long, I have a hard time imagining there's a very big user b

I've also had a hard time understanding why Uber's been singled out so strongly on this issue. How is Tesla and everyone else managing to not get the same PR backlash?

Doxxing is a violation of TOS regardless if it's for "good" or for "bad" reasons. Mods of such a controversial sub flagrantly participating in doxxing is basically forcing the admins to ban them.

It's amazing that Allo and Duo were 100% clearly DOA and absolutely everyone but Google could recognize it. They killed Google Talk, ignored Google Voice, abandoning Hangouts, and their new apps are wastelands. Throw in the Wave, Buzz,

A lot of them said that at the time. They added a clause that said you couldn't blame the ACA unless you could prove it was the ACA's fault, and they all quit blaming it.

I don't think it's fair to compare VR to Soccer, it's more equivalent to home treadmills, or something like a bowflex. An expensive niche product that usually just gets left in the corner getting dusty.

On the flip side, that fact that VR is such a physical exertion is exactly why it will absolutely not have a mass market appeal. There's a reason why the Wii and the Kinect were cute and cool, but both failed to get any real market tra
