I've been noodling on this product idea for about 6 months now, but never gotten around to building it. Drat, but congrats on doing it. One killer feature I would propose is to help candidates weigh up multiple offers; salary, equity,

You've described pretty much every country's immigration requirements, not just NZ. I've lived in NZ, the UK, and the US. Every one will ask for proof of health (TB, HIV, etc) and if you're attempting to gain a Visa atta

As a founder in the UK I was using Xero and a London based virtual-CFO about 8 years ago, and it was an absolute life saver not having to deal with the cruft. The accountants did the books for most of the good startups in London at the tim

Having lived in both for a few years each I can definitely say that SF is cheaper, at least on a per-sqft basis. You also earn twice as much in SF (plus the equity lottery). That all said: SF certainly ain't no London. I'd still

Ditto – I think even on a like-for-like comparison housing in SF (I just moved to Alameda) is cheaper than back in Auckland/Wellington. Wages are certainly higher anyhow.

To give more context for non-Kiwi's: New Zealanders have traditionally valued houses above all else, treating them as their retirement plans. We don't have capital gains tax or stamp duty, so house flipping has been a valuable sid
