This to me is incredibly awesome. The question is, could you use radio frequencies meant for speech/music for it? I think so, since morse code is sent on these same frequencies. What about streaming video over short wave radio?

Why is this news? This has been common wisdom for ages. The only difference is that, before, there was no web. Keep it 2-3 pages tops and just in PDF, unless you're a designer or site dev. And provide your github if you're a dev d

There probably is no FOIA guide there or in many parts of government. It isn't a big enough priority to spend time coming up with a process.

I'd like to see more breakdown by release year, e.g. # of movies in each category by release year. I think it would be interesting to look at those stats next to economic stats, etc. I'd also like to see a more granular breakdown

I agree with you, but this somewhat flies in the face of what he says. He is arguing that CS is important, not just learning to code. But I think learning to code is important because it is what attracts creatives, and both creatives and en
