Yes because America, not China has exacerbated the conditions in India to make it so you have no choice to come to America. There won't be a timeline where the US relaxes their immigration laws to make something like this possible.

whats the solution for millions of renters that dont have access to ev stations at home though? even if the charging station is a mile away would you expect someone to walk 1 mile every charge cycle?

I'm not a pro dev by any means but what is stopping orgs from simply self hosting such a thing? Git is merely version control which supposedly does not take a lot of resources so you can go ahead and buy a dedicated server and host it

the dmca's were a result of 'intent' which the law is more than willing to enforce imaginary IP laws. this becomes an eternal cat and mouse game where the foss community will tend to lose against these leeches.
