Adobe has a whole lineup of enterprise products that people don't really read about. CF is deeply integrated into these products as well as other 3rd party enterprise products.

That part of the Internet still exists, it's just nobody visits those sites anymore. Communities are moving back to early Internet-like chatrooms like IRC, but now it is Slack, Discord, and the like. Everything private.

I would use any other emulator than iTerm2. They are much more capable and more performant even if they are not as feature rich as iTerm2.

I use LLMs like I use Google. I will go to the website, type in the prompt, and read over the results. I would never embed LLMs into my whole workflow, let alone allow the entire code base to be analyzed by one.

In other news, water is wet. I don't think anybody who uses LLMs professionally day-to-day thinks that it can reason like human beings... If some people thought this, they fundamentally do not understand how LLMs work under the hood.

I think what you are remembering is just nostalgia, people tend to remember the good things and shut out the bad ones. I still remember how Microsoft, under Gates, acted like a robber baron to the whole tech community. You had a nice produc

There is a Neovim plugin for VSCode that uses an embedded implementation of Neovim in the background that lets you use the full power of Neovim in VSCode, and even most Neovim plugins work too.

OS X Lion was the most stable operating system I've ever used. Tbh, it's all downhill from there, every new release gets a little worse not to mention all the hardware issues too.

It's hard to switch away from mononoki, Iosevka comes really close, if I spend enough time to full customize it to my liking maybe it could become my #1 pick.

I think that at every stage of software development, a new tool comes along to help manage complexity. This is true from punchcards all the way to LLMs. This chart illustrates it better: https://x.com/feketegy/status&#x

I wrote a blog post[1] about JS frameworks and what led up to the current mess that's called front-end web development and how new developers are re-discovering "old" tech that's fun and simple. * [1] https://
