Not being reported but the same is happening in Madrid with dirty money from the Venezuelan regime actors. Prices in central Madrid are vastly inflated because they are buying left and right, sometimes paying more than market price.

Absolutely. Info-products, even the really cheesy looking ones with the spammy VSL's (Video Sales Letter) work insanely well. Depending on your niche you can do some pretty big numbers.
