The established AI players have no financial interest to make LLM available locally. They aren't hardware companies and if running LLM requires paying them to host the models as well then they can naturally capture more of the value ch

For the longest time, elastic didn't even have a cloud offering. And by the time they did it was far far too late. In the early days AWS elastic offering was very weak. It had lots of foot guns and operational problems. We tried hard

It will never stop at $50M. Once the law is created it is sooo much easier to just lower the threshold. Even if not lowered, in 30 years inflation means it will capture a whole different number of people - maybe you. Maybe it will bankrupt
