Can confirm. I opened a new account and could never get any ARM instances in Ashburn region (capacity error). Signed up for PAYG (took a day - who knows why) and now no capacity problems.

They look for companies which got fat on free money with impossible valuations which are dead ducks. The free money period ended so they can't raise more money and if they do it will be a substantial down valuation so investors won

IQ is a relative measure not an absolute one. 100 IQ in 2026 can be massively different in absolute terms to 100 IQ in 1956. If you look at old test papers - the lack of intelligence in modern times is very stark.

It's reasonable for a country to want to know if you're likely to abuse your visa. Eg your socials might show you are a professional paid speaker at conferences. If you applied for a tourist visa that would be reasonable to flag y

They need to be in orbit to deploy the satellites into a useful orbit. These ones only lasted for 20 minutes before breaking up.

Why do you think China is putting lots of satellites into space.... All those tons into orbit isn't for the lolz.

As Visa/MasterCard stock price is partly a reflection of the economy at large, I suspect Stripe wants their company valuation to be a reflection of the AI economy.

Seems to me like the game theory here is un-credentialed reporters need to submit their reports through credentialed folks who will vet and take a cut on the way through. Why take the lower offer by going directly. That sounds like a win fo

I would love a Kagi MCP to give my agents a better web search tool but they don't seem interested. I would pay for this.

I feel sorry for Kagi. I've paid for the last couple of years as I support a better web search. But I've found my web searching is so small now with AI. I checked and I did less than 300 Kagi searches last month so downgraded my p

>the model chained together multiple attack vectors, including using stolen credentials Wait, did the model do the stealing of the hugging face employees credentials? Was this the first successful and unprompted phishing attack by a LLM?

Because AWS technical expertise are second to none. And for most companies their AWS spend is small % of overheads. Sure they could spend less but their marketing department is lighting money on fire so that would be premature optimization.

It's to get around bilateral arrangements where counties have mutually agreed to not require visas (IE visa-on-arrival). This allows doing visa type checks but not technically violating the agreement as it's not called a visa.

Heck you can't even compile against many of the Mac APIs without a cert unlocked by a paid developer account.

And this folks is exactly the reason we need to remember that there are real costs to demanding transparency. There's a reason some things should have stayed redacted.

Your earlier article suggests you aren't using a CDN. Might be well worth looking into - not for any bot detection so much as just having a good old fashioned cache in front of you.

I wonder how much of this is traffic caused by peoples agents using web tools causing searches and fetches rather than general trawls of the internet.

I've been using Grok Build over the last couple weeks. It's actually a very good CLI. The Grok Build 0.1 model isn't great but can also use Composer 2.5 which is excellent. Well worth trying.

This is very true. There's also a habit where people are reluctant to get their vehicles batteries low as well. Folks seem reluctant to get below 20%. I think it comes from learned behavior from smartphones. I will happily arrive at a

Indeed I see this as a positive. There is a common meme that the CIA might well run VPN companies. It would seem less likely for Mullvad.
