At least in the past, I remember to see the same youtube recommendations even after deleting all cookies etc from the browser. So google was fingerprinting you in one way or the other. I doubt this changed. So what is the point of not using

It is not "hostile" (враждебные), it is " unfriendly" (недружественные). so the translation is intentionally misleading. There is a reason for this choice of words.
