I would rather have the projects advocate IRC with some nice frontend, I get there are some benefits of slack for developers, but this is thin ice - unless the projects are prepared to pay for channels that have thousands of users.

Those elements don't use polymer, they use lit-element - it is from polymer team and uses one polymer mixin, but its not polymer base element.

React is a ghetto, basicly + vdom has its own size. IMO thing like hyperhtml or lit-html are the way forward - especially with new templating proposals. Not to mention react is not interoperable really with other solutions - I'd expect

Unlike flask and OP's solution sanic seems to have a saner API without global request object.

Why people stopped doing solutions that are universal? Does everything need to have react as as dependency is now?

What are the benefits of using this over Alembic? Both are python tools and alembic supports other vendors too.

Golang looks nice, but my problem with it is that it seems to have nothing even resembling python's sqlalchemy. As I understand lack of generics is the reason for that?

Well if it would be React Flutter Native, HN would be happy. Thats the recurring theme here, add react to foo for instant upvotes.

Try Polymer 2.0 + lit-html/hyperHtml, it's jQuery for web components basicly + `react-like` templating but based on WHATWG standards. And your code will be small and will work in the future because of web components being part of
