Yep, my reaction exactly. That's a very bitter take on the fatherhood. Perhaps the context here is that of single fathers?

On the other hand, there was a post on the front page recently that said that showing opt-in 3rd party cookie prompts resulted in over 90% refusal rate. Ignorance is a bliss, but if given a choice to not share extra info with random com

Finally. Took them long enough. There is literally no other business reason for Google to maintain Google Fonts, but to augment its tracking insights. None. That's the sole purpose of the very existence of Google Fonts.

What do you think this will accomplish? If you want to let YC know, do it in private. If you want to help other people avoid this startup, weigh the satisfaction of doing that vs the fact that people are generally wary of hiring whistleblow

It does actually update itself every now and then even though it shouldn't be. In the middle of the night no less. You may want to check the logs. No feature updates, just patches, but still.

I meant that the promo perk is a flag. If it's set, you can bump up the post. This clears the flag. Earn 1000 more points, flag is set again.

Karma has no value at the moment. It's best that it remains this way. I would however love to be able to bump up a post of my choice to the front page for every, say, 1000 karma points earned. Let it have above normal gravity (i.e. mak

Oi vey. This sort of QA is exactly what's wrong with the "modern" C++. It's just ugly . I've been using C++ as my main language since it was barely out of C with Classes stage and it pains me to see how it evolved
