I think you can view it in segments here without an account: http://www.computerworld.com/s/article/9221185/Video_Steve_J... I'm not sure if it's the whole thing or not.

There's a list of theaters in the linked source article: http://moviecitynews.com/2011/11/steve-jobs-the-lost-intervi... The Landmark site also has specific showtimes per-theater: http://www.landmarktheatres.com/Films/films_frameset.asp?

It looks like the author was talking about this: http://offers.assembla.com/free-git-hosting/ I'm not sure why he/she didn't just link straight to that page. I also have to vouch for bitbucket's awesomeness though. Their tools might not

Woah. Did you happen to look out into the street from the location in that first link you posted? Trippy stuff.

My bank had something similar. I really don't understand why they're allowed to do it at all, even as an opt-in "service". If I wanted to spend money I didn't have, I'd use my credit card. At my bank, an overdraft counts as a cash advanc

I'd think that was mostly an issue of company policy than punishing the guy for showing it specifically to Woz. In other words, if they found out that he'd shown it to his cab driver, or the guy who made his coffee the next morning, he'd p

I think it was because they didn't do the outro music, and the audience didn't clap and cheer. Just a straight fade out.

This is a cool idea, but it sounds like something that will be shut down pretty quickly. If not directly, then by carriers who decide that your unlimited texting plan actually does have a limit, kind of like your "unlimited" data plan.

I "started" in middle school when I discovered a little BASIC interpreter on my 68k Macintosh Performa called Chipmunk BASIC: http://www.nicholson.com/rhn/basic/ In 7th grade or so I started tinkering with Java on the same 68k mac. I bel

It seems like this headline was crafted specifically to incite a mobile OS flamewar. And yet, there is very little content in the article that explains why or to what extent Android will be used. Obviously they need an OS that is highly cu

I know right? I made a hilarious joke a little while ago and jedberg yelled at me and everyone downvoted me. And I'll be very surprised if this comment doesn't get downvoted to hell too. EDIT: I also simply greeted jedberg, and a bunch of

You know what, I'm not part of a startup. And I probably won't be able to get one going until I have something to start with (monetarily that is). I'm trying to start writing apps for Windows Phone 7, because I think it's going to be a gr

Hah, the "Common Programmer Health Problems" article you link to says that being a guitarist is worse for your hands than being a programmer. I wonder if being both is doubly bad. And I wonder if the fact that I play 12's is even worse.

I think this is a case of "flamboyant headline; reasonable article". He doesn't really argue in the article that people are stupid. It is implied by the headline, but that is clearly just an attempt to get pageviews. The actual content o
