I tried installing the Windows version of Red but Avira blocked it as a trojan (TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen2). Any thoughts? Edit: I found this https://github.com/red/red/issues/2399

Have a look at InfoQ website. I've watched lots of great tech presentations on there. Also Gary Bernhardt from Destroy All Software.

Looking at the embedded youtube video the article might have been published after Sep 7, 2017. I can only guess, though, since they don't include dates on any articles they publish.

If infinity is being boundless then to make anything infinity have the bounds as unknown. A practical use is in Haskell's lazy evaluation. Although maybe I'm missing the point completely.

The new terminal looks great. Was there anything done to make it compatible with accessibility tools?

It would be nice to have a date on the announcement page. I can only assume it was published on/around September 17, 2017 by looking at the changelog.

Like religion there's no one true way but I hope people agree that using analogies in technical discussions adds to confusion and is best avoided.

It's possibly to do with a roadmap of extension APIs that are required to properly implement vertical tabs. WebExtensions Experiments allow developers to make changes to the APIs before they are in the official builds. https:/&#x

If you don't mind doing your UI in canvas (maybe with react-canvas) then these two look interesting, although Nidium doesn't seem to support desktop anymore. https://www.nidium.com/ http://impactjs.com

It could be because of their usage of dark UI design. I'm not sure if they still do it because I haven't been on there in a long time. https://medium.com/@danrschlosser/linkedin-dark-patterns-3ae... It was al

The other projects did most of the heavy lifting. jsmpeg-vnc does the screen capture and sending the data over websocket to jsmpeg which renders it to canvas without buffering. I then took the canvas and used it as a texture in webvr-boiler

Another challenge is desktop streaming. I achieved it using webvr-boilerplate (threejs) and jsmpeg-vnc. I still need to do lots of tweaking but it works quite well over LAN to mobile.

I think Ubiquity is similar to 'Alt+Space' launchers. Alfred on Mac and Hain on Windows. Cerebro is a cross platform one.

The best tip I've seen for learning programming is to code along with videos, while also trying to predict what the presenter will code. Doing that allows you to get going quickly without too much frustration. I like that I can experim
