Tallinn Manual 2.0 on the International Law Applicable to Cyber Operations. Not exactly a page turner, but if you are serious, it offers a solid legal understanding of cyber operations. The Art and Science of Military Deception by Barton Wh

Ireland is the ideal country for EVs, with our temperate climate and small size. We also don't have a large fossil fuel resource. We got government grants to install a home charger. Quick and easy. There are many public charges points

Had a great lab experience in the early 2000's, loads of people helping each other, sharing ideas, the odd practical joke but nothing nasty. Labs were always busy too. Dual booting Solaris and NT4 PCs, plus an embedded device for assem

All the ads and tracking have a massive cost. On a newspaper article, about 90% of the traffic is not content. Micro transactions are not limited by compute.

Are you me? :-D Same story, had an AST 386 which I upgraded to a 486 DX33... I learned to program in the 90s by writing povray scene files, which taught me C style syntax and primed me to write actual C/C++/Java in the years that

Why should there be? Because it is unequivocally making people unhealthy at an enormous scale. It is the scourge of the century. We shouldn't wait until we have it all figured out if we know it's causing such wide scale damage.
