I think 35 hours is a pretty normal limit with the caveat that it only involves one type of work. If I'm programming for 35 hours, I'm done. If you mix that in with meetings, design discussions, etc, you can get more than that. So

Ha. Sometimes feels like that. The transparency make them one of the better companies out there. Though I'm surprised this trial period isn't mentioned in their job listings in some way.

I have to agree. What I think is a big deal here is for developers with families. 45 days is 45 days without health insurance and other important benefits. There is COBRA, but that's two months of paying that bill. For most family plan

American health care is one of the biggest worries in my life. I don't hold my breath about it being fixed though.

For a lot of people health insurance is something they can't go without, and until recently, were unable to get for one thing or another. I don't know if the ACA changed that.

Then the government should require you to post a bond for a reasonable amount to cover that eventuality. I don't think most people have over 100k sitting around. Many young people think it isn't a big deal, they'll just pay i

If he thinks 10% of an audience the size of Facebook's will sign up for $10 a month, he's crazy. They would be lucky to see a fraction of a percent. Of course, that number goes way up if premium features are useful.

I'll have to just disagree with you here. I don't find the following any more difficult then a functional view class MyView(View): def get(self): return stuff It's one more line, and is much more explicit in what it handles.
