Don't use AI for tasks where you don't have the qualifications to verify that the result is correct.

In my experience, AI generated code is much higher quality than code written by external service companies. For example it will look at your code base and follow the style and conventions.

You're thinking of companies as teams where employees are members, but c-staff just see their employees as expensive suppliers.

Apparently Python is now the language of choice for teaching programming, and I'm a bit worried about it because the type system is a mess. I think Pascal or ADA are better language to start learning about types with a good base.

Yes, Google killing Reader was probably the first time they killed a popular product and what started the idea that any Google product could be killed at any time.

I wish Flash would have died sooner. It was a plague on the web, you couldn't zoom, select text, go back, just a black box ignoring everything about your web browser. Killing it was probably the best thing Jobs ever did.

They would have gotten another modern OS instead of Next as the base for MacOSX (then iOS). Another possibility they were exploring was buying BeOS, which would have been pretty interesting because it was an OS built from scratch in the 90&

Fun fact: I once interviewed for a company offering a free VPN, which was actually using other users as endpoints for the VPN. Some kind of P2P VPN if you will. How did they make money? Easy: there were also selling a botnet! So if you used

Not saying that this is what I do, but a VPN is useful for things that are illegal but not serious. For example, France is spying torrent downloads of copyrighted content but they only look at the domestic consumer ISP IP addresses. They ig
