Woah, I would have loved a A1200 version back in 1993. I loved this game, and remember having to swap several discs to play it before I eventually bought a HDD (a whopping 545Mb beast). It was only recently that I saw the DOS intro on YouTu

I have a similar relationship to MiniDisc. I will never sell my collection and I still use it now and again when the urge strikes me. I remember in the mid-1990s a friends brother was a big film buff, he showed us RoboCop on LaserDisc - the

This is topical for me since I came back from a two week vacation from Tenerife. While there I tried to find Masca's Solar Station, an artifact created by the indigenous people of the island. They say it was probably to ask the sun god

I have a small MiniDisc collection which I will never sell. Call it nostalgia but I really liked the process of creating a compilation using those limited 74 minutes (or 120 using SP2). In recent years I've created my own disk labels f

Yes, I fast for Ramadan and about a week beforehand switch to decaf for all my hot beverages. When I didn't the headaches were terrible in the first few days of fasting.

Well put and agreed 100%. Source: parent of 18 year old. Do not over-think it. Just be careful to pick a partner who shares the same values and then get on with it.

I've been using DuckDuckGo for more than a year now. It's OK, I did it because I do not like how powerful Google has become.

I wanted one for this purpose to replace a Dell Optiplex SFF running Kodi. It's dual-core CPU and cannot decode x265 efficiently. The NUCs are a bit too expensive though and plenty of x264 content still available.

November 2020 I ordered a Swytch e-bike kit and fitted it to my bike. It replaced the car for many things (weekly grocery shops, city centre trips). I moved to London last year and this turned out to be a fortune timing. My car, a Honda Civ
