Try disconnecting from the internet. I learnt a lot of python because I disconnected the wifi and used offline documentation. Online documentation / sites like stackoverflow are great when you need information with very narrow scope.

Probably they will use RISC-V for small devices where there are no royalties involved (you must pay a small sum to ARM holdings PLC. for ARM devices). But I guess Samsung will be a long-term user of ARM processors because of Android.

Do not forget warranty! In Europe you must provide 1 or 2 year warranty vs 90 days in the US. We are also paying for this insurance.

That's not fair! Patchpanel backs are cabled only once by electricians. All is connected to another patchpanel that's near the catalyst and it is the place the mess starts growing. Memories :-)

The truth is EU companies are being sold to US and Chinese companies. In the case of the US this is incentivized by the goverment (maybe indirectly) because US-based companies have to pay taxes for money they move to the US: in this case it

As a kid I always wondered why my Amstrad computer turned all keywords in a listing to Uppercase... ... years later I figured out they were coding internally every basic keyword into a lookup table, thus saving your precious 64kb of RAM. Th

Amstrad and Spectrum personal computers also had Z80 inside. I remember struggling with LDIR/LDDR instructions with Amsost devpac assembler... Btw. We called that machine code programming back in the 80s.

Just PHP and MySQL. I coded a simple back end for a web app 10 years ago with very simple templates. Runs fast as hell and I don't need any API documentation or dependencencies or whatever.

Of course it will impact billing! Customers will be billed the same. Ok, I agree on that; but in better metrics means more accurate ROI calculations and in the medium/long term this means more business.
