Good read, and I totally relate. Especially not working in stealth mode advice. Wise words. I got a laugh from the name Stack Fu, but I'm laughing with the OP, because I've picked less than optimal names myself.

For me, it all depends on how big the project is. If it would be faster for me to build an MVP than get convincing user validation, I'll build it. The MVP can test my hypothesis. But there are no easy answers. You could do user validat

Pointless meandering. Probably an easy stream-of-consciousness article to write, but there's nothing new here. I read half of it and gave up.

The fact Snowden had the conviction and courage to challenge the NSA on fundamental issues, both verbally and in writing, is remarkable. This was Snowden's employer and the source of his income. Evidently, the preservation of civil lib

Shouldn't Reading Rainbow be economically viable and self-sustaining? I don't see what the problem is here.

This isn't an issue of privacy, it's an issue of deception. Privacy (or the control of privacy) is being insinuated, but it's only smoke and mirrors. It's a lie.

Deezer, Silvrback, Highrise (keeps me organized), Evernote, and several others I can't recall at the moment. If I was to pick a favorite, it'd be Deezer. I derive so much use and enjoyment from it. Huge value.

Silvrback is better IMHO. Freedom to brand, highly customizable, and it's very streamlined: http://silvrback.com

So you don't transact with any US banks? What are you implying?

It's likely the NSA reads your Fastmail at the breakfast table. Their servers are on US soil. It would take some wicked mental gymnastics to rationalize that fact away.

In Psalms 145:8-21, God is described as exercising dominion over creation with compassion and loving kindness. As an aside, I think dominion also refers to harnessing and utilizing natural resources in an economic sense. In Genesis chapter

I read Namecheap were sloppy on some security issues, like heartbleed vulnerability. They also swapped my contact info with theirs on several of my domains.

Namecheap swapped my contact info with theirs too (I just checked). Seems to me Namecheap have been sketchy lately. Time to move to Gandi.

The "Abrahamic position" comment was interesting, although I'm not certain I understand what you meant. I do know that while the nomadic culture of Abraham's time used animals for sacrifice and the necessities of life, t

Andy's article mentioned Marc Lore and Vinit Bharara. Are there any books about their story building Diapers.com? I'd settle for a well-written longform article.

The "scientific community" doesn't have a unified view on animal emotion, or on any matter. However, it is widely understood that animals are non-human persons who are aware of their own existence and who feel a wide range

I became a process server in the Waterloo Ontario region (where Blackberry is headquartered) after hearing about the crazy rates process server companies were charging in the area. Those in need of this essential service are typically cash-
