No idea why you got downvoted. Thanks for taking the time to elaborate your thoughts. Edit: and now I’m getting downvoted. C’mon HN, be more diverse than this.

Agreed, even if you add two 0’s to that number, it would still benefit Disney (et al), and skew the system negatively for smaller content creators.

I’m paying €32 / mnth for 1000/1000 fibre in an urban, but not mega city urban, area of the Netherlands. Internet access should be a commodity like electricity and gas by now. It’s become that important.

If my own hobby python projects are anything to go by, there aren’t even folders ;-) I have a friend who taught herself R for her research and it was basically one big procedural codebase.

I watched a documentary called “Suits” a while back about a corporate legal firm and that convinced me that you are wrong. Those well dressed professionals will use anything you say against you in the court of law!

I think the core of what they're trying to get at is: let the users find those bugs. The business isn't large enough to focus on details, yet. In the future, when fixing bugs takes more time than making features, you should have t

Care to share how exactly you earned from that? :) SEO Network domains (or link blogs) are usually built for Google crawlers, not actual human eyeballs. They don’t rank high, they boost the rank of other sites.

Unfortunately I concur, if this is your main thing. If you can outsource it: let the lawyers duke it out. If this feels personal: follow mmaunder’s advice. There are no winners in that scenario so just take back control.

I always wondered, so now’s the time to ask I guess, why aren’t these publicly accessible? Aren’t they paid for with government (i.e. public) money?
