Step 1: get rid of your smartphone. You probably spend a lot of time in front of a computer anyway, so you don't really need it. Trust me, it's good.

I've never done any 3D modelling, how feasible is it for a programmer to approach it purely via scripting? Im very familiar with Python, and this script doesn't look too complex.

Hard reload takes marginally longer, but has no potential to fail - its peace of mind. I have had cases when small changes to dev tooling or maybe something in state management causes a failure during HMR reload. And if you dont realise thi

I guess Im different to most JS developers, because I prefer to work with HMR off about 95% of the time. Its good for UI prototyping (which I dont do much tbf), but it tends to get in my way when doing anything else. Maybe in total it makes

I haven't liked Theresa May since she went full Janet Reno over video games during her time as HS. It was the first time I heard her name probably. Minor thing but strikes a cord with me. As PM she was just marginally better than Johns

Perhaps but they wont make that same mistake again right? At least they would never buy anything from g2a again

Thats not what Im asking though. Lets assume the thefts go on as they do with no changes, if devs made the keys invalid it would starve g2a's business.

Please can someone explain to me this: Why cant game developers just make a key retroactively invalid if it was found to be stolen?

We had a similar survey. 1000+ people commercial FM radio company (so more media than tech). About 20% want to go back to the office.

I've started working on a Q&A site that parses Slack logs and creates a thread on the site based on me asking people on Slack on how to do different things in our system. The problem with Wikis is friction. I'm hoping that red

I guess that George Harrison signature is him indeed (because it's an official document), but what's interesting is The Beatles used a system for autographs for fans where one band member would do the autographs of the entire band

Check out the Noel Park Friendship Tree [1]. Seems like the road has been built around it since at least 1894 [2] (though maybe another tree was there before). [1] https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@51.5969952,-0.1033777,3a

I also moved from the Polish to British system and I do agree with your first point, but not really with the second one. I really welcomed the ability to focus more (but not only) on things I was more into. A major difference for me was the

In UK employees are more likely to get furloughed, where they are paid 80% of their salary from the government, do not work but keep their job.

This is stupid on so many levels. Not only you're potentially spreading the virus further but you're now in a place from which it is difficult to get to a hospital if you do need it.

Yes. Because heaps of those lifeless atoms decomposing in the streets become vectors of many awful diseases. That was the case with most pandemics we've had to deal with so far.

Judging by the history of most pandemics, I am currently more worried about the capacity of morgues than hospitals. Maybe this one will be different though.

Capitalism is definitely ill-suited to a crisis like this. We have an enormous production chain for anything we could possibly need and we could just use that. We worked for this for generations, but we have no easy way to divert this machi

I'm aware of all that stuff, I was just saying there is no ethical dillema or procedure if you want to do medical tests on yourself. That's how Barry Marshall proved that Helicobacter pylori causes stomach ulcers.

The vast European rail network has enabled much of troop movements during both world wars, but at the present time we only have about 50% of rail infrastructure compared to before WW2. The other half has been destroyed.

This is kind of the point I was making with my question. Playing DnD is not about winning. Being a DM is not about reaching some sort of conclusion. So it's essentially impossible to make an AI good at this without achieving true gener
