Oh good point Traditionally there wasn't (for sbir/sttr) any kind of path for direct-to-phase3 like there is/was for skipping phase 1. But I guess some fires under certain butts can cut even DoD red tape lol. Or also, bigge

Initial budget still bigger than a sbir/sttr phase 2 though. Different grant award structure for not-small companies, but my brain also breaks a little bit because anthropic isn't that far above the sbir employee # cap, but the $

No? ng*, ng-*, or *-ng is typically "Next Generation" in software nomenclature. Or, star trek (TNG). Alternatively, "ng-" is also from angular-js. Ng in Andrew Ng is just his name, like Wu in Chinese.

Right (ha), but that's kinda how one can approach passive voice too? If you never use passive voice, you will be unable to emphasize the object of the sentence in cases where it might actually be necessary, and end up requiring more wo

That kinda works in the abstract, but it's pretty risky for any individual house. If your house was somehow a representative slice of all US housing, sure maybe it won't drop 35%. But if you owned a house in Detroit from 2003-201

Man I disagree with this on multiple points: I wouldn't describe a team full of people who don't want to work 60 hour weeks as "eroded", cus like... That's 6x 10 hour days leaving incredibly little time for family,
