Nobody expects a journalist/blogger to have a knowledge of dentistry. But at what level of professionalism do we expect them to track down a dentist for a quote?

Yes, but many of the questions raised by the justices were skeptical of patenting abstract ideas. I think the consensus is that Bilski will lose, and the real question is how narrow the Supreme Court's decision will be.

It's getting more and more difficult to send legitimate email to a list through your own server these days. MailChimp's free tools have been helpful, but I think we'll have to bite the bullet and go certified soon.

Compatibility isn't much of an issue unless you are doing something low level with the NDK, or are using an API that has changed significantly between versions (most are fairly stable). Otherwise just follow the recommendations from the And

I'd say it depends on your tastes and circumstances - do you care what carrier? Do you care about the price? Do you want a physical keyboard?

If you go to Nart Villeneuve's blog http://www.nartv.org/ , which Google's blog post linked to, he's got a cool pdf on tracking GhostNet (Chinese government cyber-espionage network). The command and control servers that were discovered in

In theory this should be no worse than a game at a brick and mortar casino, but more of a problem than current online poker sites, who have access to everyone's hand history and can analyze data after the fact. If you look at the number one
