I love my pet and would do anything for them. At times my pet has kept me alive. If I’m poor does this mean I shouldn’t be able to get help from a pet because people want it to be taxed? I’m getting pretty tired of all these empty and worth

I’m thoroughly confused. Why isn’t details of airport screening mechanics available? IIRC with SARS thermal cameras were used to screen passengers with a fever. I expect some technical details to be shared without me having to read a bunch

Red light cameras are nothing other than a revenue machine. Be suspicious of anyone who advocates for them.

Not all humans have that need. I work remote and 100% enjoy being alone. I have everything I need and rarely have to leave my house.

I absolutely can think it’s ok. I purchase and properly dispose of single use plastic items. Nothing wrong with that.

I agree most of this is just a feel good campaign. Banning plastic straws infuriates me. Paper straws are trash. I carry my own plastic ones and use them as needed.

Watching old movies from 60s/70s sometimes have scenes where the characters are worried about calls being recorded or otherwise having no privacy. The typical response is “What is this, Russia?” or something similar. Privacy is really

If you gave a common health problem chances are your doctor is more than capable of handling it. If you have a difficult to diagnose problem that’s the time to take control over your health. You have to put in the time to trust but verify y

Ubiquiti products aren’t reliable. I live next to the ocean and the cameras last about a year. I had a POE switch in a conditioned space and it only lasted 2 years.

I use home depot SMS customer service, the response time is typically 1-15 minutes. Works perfect for me to do things async instead of fielding “Are you there?” questions when I get busy on live chat.

I think you’re absolutely correct. Courts are backed up and trials are expensive. Big incentives for the prosecution to strike pleas. The plea system needs reform, something Larry Krasner seems to be doing rather well with in Philadelphia.

The real issue is it shifts the burden of proof to the accused. The US uses a common law system, juries won’t buy it until the average person grasps how easy it is to make high quality fake videos. Navigating the court system is both time c

Assuming 3kw and a PUE of 1.5 for cooling comes out to approx 20,000 kwh of power. Assuming a high-ish rate of $.13/kwh it comes out to around 2.5k for 6m. Not too bad.
