These things are not zero cost. They create pollution and waste and there was literally no scientific evidence at all they did anything at the start of this thing, and there is even more evidence they're a placebo today. They have grav

I've only been up that way to see The House on the Rock. I can't stand the winters though, or Mayor Lightfoot's disastrous policies. I'm definitely moving down south.

This is a very insane statement. You need experience first. Fresh out of college, I was making $25k/yr in 2005. Within 4 years I was in the $40k~$50k range, but I also valued ... life, and living. I applied and got a holiday work visa

So, is the Elbrus-8CB a SPARC architecture? Will mainline Linux for SPARC work with its proprietary bootloader, or will it need custom patches?

So it likely doesn't use BIOS or UEFI. I wonder if we're going to see the ARM situation where every distro will need a custom image just for this board/architecture. I wonder if we'll see support in mainline for this arc

The object in the video looked pretty high. With only eight minutes of fuel, if it was manned flight, that's got to be a pretty dangerous altitude to hit. The pilot would need a boat very close by.
