Mail.app is fine for me... What am I missing in an email client that Mail.app doesn't provide?

It's still extremely buggy. Very difficult to get a .NET MVC app up and running (they're not using the term WebAPI anymore).

Is some information missing from the article? I'm eager to use this but it's not showing me how to set up my `tasks.json` file.

This happens to both females and males. I've worked in toxic environments where normal things I do and like are ridiculed. I've had the COO of a company tell me that "my girlfriend sounds like my hand". I've also wo

I'm sorry you had such a hard time getting into Elixir. Dave Thomas's book on Elixir is a very good introduction and there are a few other Elixir books out there that can get you started really quickly. The issue really starts whe

Silly way to think in my opinion. Elixir has made me super productive, regardless of a Dave Thomas book existing for it.

This is a silly statement. Not everything is placebo. I'm working on a bigger Angular application and adding this one line of code made a small perceivable difference.

Vue.js is amazing. I've been using it on one of my side projects and I've been so productive with it that I can't see myself ever using anything else. It's like a mix of React, Angular and Knockout all in one package.

You can make an Elixir HTTP server without Phoenix and it's just as easy and intuitive. Pretty happy with it so far.

While I do agree that VS Code is nothing revolutionary, suggesting Vim and Emacs are superior at this day and age makes no sense. Becoming effective at using these editors is very hard and not practical when there are so many other things a

I don't think that's the point of the article though. The author is criticizing the rise of bloated webpages with very little good content.

It doesn't take "balls" to say anything anonymously on an online forum. Nobody's angry he likes C#; there simply is no reason for this comment to exist on a thread about Go. I've done C# development for many years.

Right, but the article is arguing the inconvenience of having to make such methods across all classes that derive from a superclass. If this is inherently provided in the language then I would say that language doesn't suffer from the
