People have been steadily losing trust in the media for years. All it had to take was a few responsible people to do some probing and realize that it's all a scam. The issue is that there's money to be made in promoting crypto, an

What is it with people who love Rust? If a language is not an absolute behemoth, it's a kid's language. Do you feel the same way about Lua? Like, this notion is wild to me. > Rust IMO is much more advanced and expressive. It&#x

I actually don't agree with the first two points, at all. In fact, I've seen it NOT work firsthand for several startups I've worked for. > Don't hire for a particular tool-chain or framework This is horrible advice. W

I can't say I feel this way about MacOS. If anything, I want to stop using Windows altogether. I absolutely love my Macbook and I can't see myself using any other operating system.

110% this. For a small business with a small amount of users, I always suggest to *use the simplest thing that'll save you the most time and money to deploy your service*.

Agreed here. There is no reason setting up IAM policies through Terraform takes four weeks. Anecdotally, on my own personal projects it took me maybe three hours, or more, to set up IAM policies for AWS Lambda, ECS and RDS.

Yeah I can’t agree with you at all. Without setting up your own NAT Gateway on EC2 on a t2.micro instance (or something cheap like that), it runs you about $30. This isn’t even accounting for database costs, usage costs, development costs,

Why is this laughably wrong? Why is this so hard to believe? Also, why would being a tech scion mean that you wouldn't want to use an iPhone? If anything, I'd argue that being in tech makes you appreciate the benefits of having an

Based on the definitions in this thread, it wouldn't be a stretch to pair Unreal's `AActor` as the entities and `UActorComponent` as the components. You could technically go a step further and pair `UWorldSubsystem` as the system.

I can speak to this since I've used Deno quite a bit. The problem is that the Deno ecosystem is, unfortunately, still very young. This young age also brings a lot of instability with it. On the other hand, the Node ecosystem is extreme
