The words network and sensitive information do not belong on the same computer. We can steal information from air gap-ed computers. Plug anything into a network and forget about any sort of security over the data.

Living wage is very dependent on geography. I don't think the federal government has the tools to enforce a living wage throughout America. This however sounds like a great idea that's difficult to argue against.
