That's what I was talking about in the last paragraph. It's definitely unfortunate, but I stand by my statement. If it's one or two people, then it doesn't affect you that much and certainly isn't worth Apple limiti

I would expect that sort of user to (a) probably not be running an iOS beta, and (b) less likely to think to report it as not working on iOS 7 specifically. I'm sure in both cases there are exceptions, but it's surely not the majo

I'm not sure how "Doesn't work on iOS 7" qualifies as a negative review exactly. He's not saying the app is a pile of crap. He's saying it doesn't work on iOS 7, which appears to be a factual statement. Ap

They don't need negotiating power. Qualcomm can tell Google to shove it -- the Android code is still published under the Apache license and as long as they don't claim to have written it themselves, they're free to do whateve

I'm an American living in Iceland for about three years now. I like it here -- it's nice. But if you get your "facts" from the foreign press, you'll be sorely disappointed. It's not some sort of wonderland wher

Yeah, but Fischer was wanted for playing chess in Yugoslavia and generally being an ass. Accepting Snowden is whole new level of shit-storm for whatever country does it. I've been living in Iceland for about three years, and there'

It works, but Outlook (or at least some versions) will always show your emails as being from something like "address-you-forward-to@gmail.com (via you@your-real-domain.com)" which is annoying.

Isn't that the whole purpose of a court system? If you insist on calling OJ Simpson a murderer who got away with it, he can sue you for libel. He is, as a point of fact, not legally a murderer, and you would be lying to defame him. Legal tr

That's a fair point, but I'm not sure where I'd draw the line. The worst consequences you cited -- identity theft, fraud, etc. -- are already illegal. We criminalize the act; not necessarily the surrounding things that made the act possible
