My understanding is that hybrids are more costly than simply putting in a larger pack. It's certainly an order of magnitude more complex.

I think it would be easier to simply get EVs to the point where they have over 300mi of range on a charge and build out quick charge infrastructure. Waiting 20-30 minutes to quick charge after close to 300 miles of driving doesn't real

(as an IOS user) IOS doesn't support emulators. The photo functions on the latest pixel phones are pretty slick (e.g. deleting unwanted objects in the scene). Nightsight is better on Android. File management makes sense on Android wher

Residents of the US are getting caught up in the dragnet, which is not the intent of FISA. And, it's not limited to citizen/non-citizen interactions. Spying on non-US citizens is legal, by spying on citizens should require a warra

Parallel construction is the thing that worries me the most. One agency picks up on interesting search traffic, another one has a lead from an interview, another has location data from cellphone logs. Then, someone sits down and constructs

As stated above, I think this is best answered in the negative similar to how other agencies are held to certain standards according to the law (e.g. lawyers or real estate agents). What would happen if an executive team decided to specific

Perhaps. One issue I foresee is the way CRTS glow. The phosphor doesn't light/dim immediately the way an LED does. So there's some amount of fade in/out that happens on a CRT as the beam moves across the screen. I imagin

I think this is more easily answered in the negative. What would happen if an executive acted in a way that NEGATIVELY impacted shareholder value? For example, they decided to not issue dividends and gave everyone above a certain level a hu

I feel like this is nitpicking. There is nothing codified in law, because it's not required to be. The fundamental question should be "if the executives of a company acted in the best interests of employees in such a way that it n

I don't think the question is well formed. What is meant by "maximize profits for shareholders?" That doesn't even make sense. Shareholders don't take profits. There's no definition for "maximizing" a

There’s no other way to program it. There no “code” to speak of. The only way to control it is to give certain phrases more or less importance. You do that with direct prompts or tons and tons of training data.
