I know I'm not answering your question exactly.. but.... You're a beginner. Apache is fine for everything on proper hardware, until you get huge. If you're worried about static content and growth, use a CDN if this is a business. That said

A quick browse of the code shows mostly code that appears written by the Prey developers (Fork Ltd.), and a few BSD licensed libs. Assuming that's the case, they are free to release the code under as many licenses as they want (as long as t

Disregarding all the banter about what "open source" means -there are separate issues at hand. One is the actual license terms the older versions were distributed under. Those matter. Another is how the project itself was run, specifically

In the end, all we have are our mental models and experiments to back them up.... we'll never know what anything 'actually' is - all we can do is model things to whatever degree of accuracy we can. A construction worker doesn't need to go a

ZFS is designed to have lots of horsepower and memory thrown at it.......big servers, available CPU power, lots of ECC ram. If there's going to be an SSD allocated as a cache disk, it's probably expected to be huge and enterprisey too.....

Just curious - were you using the verify option (not related to your point I realize) I'm puzzled why people in general aren't more worried about data corruption due to hash collision.....

If you lose some packets for a few minutes, it shouldn't die,but there are a zillion real world situations where it can and WILL die....... and it's not an SSH problem, screen was useful for the same reason long before ssh.

Despite your visa waiver, you still have customs forms to fill out and they do ask whether or not you are on business or not. They're very clear that having a waiver, or even a visa, is not a guarantee of entry into the US and that ultimat
