I don't think that Python was designed for this. I found it largely unsuited for such work. It is much easier to saturate IO with (random order) F#, Rust or Java (that I have used for in scenarios you mentioned).

I think this is tribal view of the word. Reality is much more complex than left vs right. The political elite is pushing this false dichotomy too.

Great questions. I guess because I never used any language that had the concept of ownership and I could not find any example how to handle these connections. I try to take your input and refactor the code based on your input. Thanks a mill

I have this function that I still struggle to write. async fn function_handler(_event: Request) -> Result<Response<Body>, Error> { let aws_clients = AwsClients { s3_client: S3_CLIENT.get().await.to_owned(),

For me the biggest issue with Async is the management of multiple dependent async calls. It has some weird thing going on and I am not sure which pattern to use exactly. Some functions expect exactly same async fn signature some not and I a

Tl;dr: We tried to misuse technology and we failed. If Firecracker was developed for a single binary executed fir a short period of time why do you try to use it for multiple executables running for a long time? Does it make any sense to ev

You never need to have a qualification for making a valid observation. These things are orthogonal.

Yes the are not familiar with material fatigue that has to be tested with a lot of repetition to understand how many operations you can perform with a unit.

{:ok, x} | {:err, y} is my favorite pattern. You can make sure that the caller handles both cases, the ok case and the error case. What you put in y is up to you. If you have dependencies you can decide the bubble up error or return somethi

I am pretty sure that we can use clustering for that. As they said there was a clear pattern the restaurant recognized. If they had all the data it would be easy. The reviewer could also ask for a token from the restaurant before submittin

It is such an easy thing to solve with a blockchain. We do not need a 3rd part like Yelp. Just a chain with 2 actors, restaurants and reviewers.
