VR is never going to be a replacement for short form video. Casual passive consumption of video benefits from being able to fit in between other activities easily. I'm never going to want an immersive experience when I have 2 minutes

I'm sure subversive ads happen, but in my experience people are pretty straightforward about marking posts as paid. Then, there's also a lot of small and medium sized manufacturers/artists where their whole channel is showing

Seems like Tiktok has far fewer ads than other social media platforms. Less than 10% of things are ads. Instagram is like 30+% ads for me.

It's epistemology 101. Absolute truth can never be determined. So we must inherently use imperfect method of approximating the truth. Those approximations are open to criticism, so any system that determines fake news will necessari

A bot that detects logical fallacies would be amazing for journaling. Would be really interesting to stream of consciousness into a text document and have the computer put red underlines under questionable premises or conclusions.

What is 'fake news' cannot be objectively determined - would just be a new cudgel for elites to use on the weak for their own power.
