I don't see golang on that chart. It must be close to C (on the lower end).

The hardest part about ML is understanding the domain. I agree with Jeremy Howard on this, that it's easier to teach a domain expert to do ML than to teach an ML expert the domain. I think you are on the right path.

A fun video related to this and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is this one: https://youtu.be/xeUQlXmzuZ8 Basically my understanding is that high-level competitive Jiu Jitsu (Gi) can be extremely dull to watch, because of the point sys

Canva has this feature, but it's only available to premium users. I use it quite a bit when making YouTube thumbnails that contain my face. It's nice to have a free alternative. Here's another free option: https://

Place your keyboard so that it is below your elbows. Usually that means on a negatively tilted keyboard tray under your desk. This simple change eliminated my wrist pain and numbing. See Cornell's ergonomics lab guide: https:/&#

Agreed. It's incredibly difficult to know what the audience wants, at least until you have a loyal community following (fans). Even then it's not perfect.

I think the comments are confounding shutting down the robotics research team with eliminating all RL research. Most robotics teams don't use data-hungry RL algorithms because the cost of interacting with the environment is so expensiv

I'm taking a course on how to build and grow a YouTube channel. The main advice they give is "just commit to making a video once a week, every week, for 2 years, and you're life will change." It's a tautology, no gu

I was so burnt out that I was struggling to focus at work. During my time off, I did several things like exercise more, do some reading, a bit of travel, pick up some new skills that don't involve sitting at a desk. I documented the b

One of the big names in Sillicon Valley (maybe Garry Tan?) that you need three things in a cofounder: 1. Intelligence 2. Work ethic 3. High Integrity While the first two can easily be judged, the last one is extremely tough to identify, and

I'm just wrapping up a 3 month Sabbatical from Google. Best decision I made this year. I think you should take the plunge given you're already strongly considering it.

Exactly. One of the biggest things I keep in mind these days is that most people, myself included, are bad at knowing what's most important to get done. It may seems that more code is more work is good, but the banter with colleagues i

I'm not sure why you're being downvoted. I went through the same process to create an LLC, and while the process was simple enough, once I had my attorney look over it, I realized that I needed to make changes that Atlas would not

I missed the part where he says that wealth is limited. Doesn't he says that wealth creation is a positive-sum game (I.e. 1+1=3 thanks to automation and leverage), as opposed to status which limited and its pursuit is a zero-sum game?
