you wouldn't believe how much effort was put to actually make LoL matchmaking reasonably correct. Game collects a lot of data points per match and it is fine tuned frequently

I am not US citizen but visa policy is virtually same for any issuing country. Getting visa (any kind) is privilege not right. Government has full discretionary right to refuse entry to anybody whom is not citizen. Not saying it is fair sys

how 300GB is storage problem? I would understand if you say 300TB , but with 2TB HDD < 100$ and 0.5TB SSD < 400$ I can't really see that a major use case. And that is one time fixed payment.

I don't see how this is valid patent. He just changed delivery method from mail; as described in prior art section; to more modern (SMS etc..) but he didn't invent any new process. Why change of delivery medium would be sufficient to grant

ZX Specturm had ZEUSS ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zeus_Assembler ) macro assembler which we used to wrote games. Tape was different story; we made HW interface so it would use external 5.25 floppy instead :-)
