> Currently, you must have the right to work in the US in order to apply. I wonder why, though? Is there a legal barrier that prevents them from introducing this to foreign students as well? Or is it just because US-based salaries are mu

That was my first thought as well after reading the first few sentences. I actually gave up on reading the article because of it. Though I've noticed this to be more common in the blockchain/cryptocurrency sphere, perhaps that

Let's Encrypt and certbot have made my sysadmin life so much easier by allowing me to manage certificates within the terminal and without having to deal with annoying CA UIs that try to sell you tons of stuff you don't really need

Its unfortunate that privacy.com is only for US residents. Does anyone know of a similar service that's available for Europeans as well? Specifically the virtual card feature. Most of the services that I've seen to offer something

Poor choice of wording on my end, I was coming up with the idea on the fly. I'm sure someone else can come up with something better with a bit more thinking :) The association between vote keys and personal info does not need to exist.

Don't want to turn this into another 'blockchains can solve anything' discussion - but I do feel some form of blockchain tech could be an effective way to solve e-voting. Here's why: - A central authority(government) ca

Hard to say really, as I didn't exactly start with the intention of learning the language, I just liked the movies. If I had to guess, I'd say probably a couple of years to get to a fluent, above-average level.

As someone who learned English purely from Hollywood movies, I can confirm its a solid way to learn a language. I even picked up the accent to the extent that I'm frequently asked if I'm American - even though I never lived in an

Is such a cancellation model common in the US? I didn't think anyone does that anymore, except maybe porn sites. Its a really cheap sales tactic and would probably dissuade me from subscribing in the first place.
