My company sent (or tried to send) money to Rasmus back in '95 to have him implement a feature we needed. I think he ended up adding our ask to PHP for free. Anyway, good times.

I'm begging to doubt this. Right now all hydrogen car are about 15% heavier than their BEV equivalents yet are SLOWER and make worse use of available internal space. When the 4860 cells are used in the structural battery pack, I recken

I have a feeling the Mach-E sales will ramp up a lot more. The reviews are generally good and Ford EVs, for now, qualify for the tax credit.

Q1 sales are always lower than the previous Q4.

The HP2000/HP3000 is where where I cut my teeth on developing on a timeshare system in the mid 80s. Great systems and they set my expectations for what computing should be at an early age.

The fact you need to partition off RAM and CPUs for Docker on the Mac is the killer for me.

There's not an easy way to make your audio out mono on Linux. In 2021. Jeebuz.

2013 Volt owner. What you are saying is, on paper, true I guess. The actual situation of me and all my Volt friends is that the cars are VERY reliable. I have 128K miles (105K EV miles) so my engine has only 22K miles after 7 years. Besides

Yeah, it like someone went two years into the future and brought back this chip. As a Chromebook fan (and I used one as my daily driver), it seems like Apple has out-Chromebooked all Chromebooks with the M1 MBA. Unless AMD or Qualcomm pull

If I had the 3 XL, I would have kept that. I was coming from the 2, and this phone is better in almost all ways (except for water resistance.)

The top speaker is horrible, I actually like having a headphone jack and the $350 price is cheap enuff that if I upgrade my phone in less than 2 years, I don't feel like an idiot.

I bought the 4a, on a lark, but it turns out I LOVE the phone. I ordered the Pixel 5 because I figured, worst case, I could give the 4a to kid when I get my 5. I got the 5 and almost immediately returned it. The 4a is just the best spend mo

Back in the 80s, the two programs you ran on a PC clone to confirm if it REALLY was an IBM PC compatible was Lotus 123 and Flight Simulator. You can now run Flight Simulator in a freakin' browser: https://archive.org/de

Huge risks with little short term gain. Being first, from their POV, has no reward in this short-term world we live in. They have to change almost every part of their business, it is just easier to ignore or work against progress. I worked

I was obsessed with the Amiga when it was announced in the mid-80s. I saved my paper route money (when that was a thing) and bought the Amiga 1000 as soon as it was available. I loved the computer and I am thankful for how it set me up for
