Where is the warmth coming from? The description said they intended it to be industrial like steel tubing... Seems more like they chose random words from a list of words with positive connotations. Then I saw the classic artist-statement no

Someone please help me understand terms like 'warmth' in regards to a font. Is this measurable? Is it predictable? Would such a description hold up to a randomized trial? Is it real? artist puffery? total BS?

I know what the commonly used F-keys do for tasks I perform often. They are just as context-sensitive as the touch bar, except they don't display the action on the key. You're trading that display for tactile feedback that there&#

The DAC isn't part of the format; although I respect the desire for a good DAC. I believe all lossy compression codecs from the past 20 or 30 years are perception based; ATRAC may have been one of the first ones, but it sure doesn'

How can a lossy compressed minidisc be "cleaner" than a lossless CD or similarly lossy but higher bitrate and more efficiently compressed digital file?

Are you referring to the low interest rate? I suspect that depends largely on which bank/currency you're referring to. Bitcoin sure doesn't fair very well, except if you invest at the right time. The bank is a known quantity.

A bank is good at storing value over time. I'd argue that bitcoin is not, considering all the lost wallets and wild swings in value. From my limited vantage point, BitCoin's actual use cases are underground/gray markets and s
