Your reaction to the post tells me more about the company than the post itself. And the sad reality is that while some users from this thread may never touch it, it's likely that nobody at the company will ever suffer any consequences,

Personally I think it's perfectly fine. Just a few people can take a lot of your mental energy and make you less interested in your own project. Not being a company you don't have to deal with this and somehow there seem to be pow

Just the fact that the message itself is an e-mail should be enough to see some issues with your reasoning.

If government comes to you and says you must send data here and there or log this and that and you must not tell anybody about it, then you have to comply and you can't do much about it even with your best intentions. I don't thin

You could always mount it on wheels, which would be way way easier than moving a car that's on fire (you can even keep big wire cutters nearby) If fire hazard is what's stopping people I guess one could also build a fire-resistant

Deals with airlines and ships is what I assume is going to be 90% of the profit. Custom deals. Just a regular Starlink Maritime is $5k per month [1]. Military use cases alone could probably sustain it. 1. https://www.starlinkhard

I think you can make it work if your marketing is good enough. It should probably be a Faraday cage, I don't think you could do jamming in highly populated areas, but also providing a landline seems like a good idea in case of emergenc

Many people choose worse reward rather now than better reward later. It's rational in many contexts. The problem is that we are unable to jump out of these local minima. Just as in coding, when you have a problem and you're stuck,
