I'm happy for drivers but not a fan of this change. In Los Angeles I booked a ride and the driver never showed up. After cancelling the ride I got the $5 charge and luckily their support took care of it. But tipping is something that n

It works now I guess, but Safari has quirks I've seen time and time again where things don't work as they should. I'm also hesitant to call it "fixed" considering it happened just last month and YMMV with a one-elem

I don't think that's the monoculture of developers. Chrome was based in Webkit in it's rising years - which put it on par with Safari and Android. This meant that you could develop comfortably and do less cross-browser work u

It works well and works fast. Indexes are easy to setup, maintain, and SDK's support a variety of languages. Querying is fast enough to feel seamless.

I have used both a thick iMac and a thin one. I had to run the thick iMac's fans at full speed all the time or else my CPU would bottleneck. The thin iMac had underpowered fans and constantly throttled.

This is Apple's answer to their negligence to the Pro market, and it's hugely disappointing. The iMac was already supposed to be a Pro machine. And then they "New Coke"'d it by making it too thin and susceptible to

Patch and interactive modes are the best thing next to sliced bread. I'll start with a feature and end up refactoring something and it's difficult to organize large sets of changes without them.

I doubt this will have any bearing on the platform as Snapchat isn't so much an ephemeral platform. Where Snapchat excels is being in the space where your friends are and your parents aren't.
