Looks to me like it is a simulation that allows reinforcement AI training to do "real world" tasks. I.e. a test bench for using computer vision, and AI to generate a set of assembly instructions.

Yeah, the <ch> and <sh> being the same is usually my Swedish detector. It is surprisingly common amongst swedes speaking english, and not something that danes or norwegians do.

The thing is the checklist says in a runaway stabilizer scenario, it will trim continously, but MCAS does not apply trim continously. Therefore it does not exhibit itself as a "normal" trim runaway. Checklist: https://i

The requirement for 24 vCPUs, 24 GiB of memory, and 180 GB of storage for the on-premise management component seems like crazy high requirements for something like that. That is without any actual databases.

There would be a number of ways to do this: - Strip SSL by for instance blocking port 443 and hoping they fall back to HTTP. - Get your own root certificate installed on the equipment of the user you are attacking. This is fairly common in

SRI doesn't really protect against man-in-the-middle. They protect against somebody having access to manipulate the data on the CDN or a malicious CDN. If an attacker is in a position to be man-in-the-middle and can already get around

Because once you understand it, WPF and C# is fantastic to work with. It's hands down the best UI framework i have ever worked with. XAML makes it very easy to layout apps that scale well, and it's built-in states for controls and

Yeah. It's extremely disappointing that AWS hasn't implemented DNSSEC in Route 53. Even more so, since they have actually been a target of an attack on Route 53, that would have been ineffective if DNSSEC had been enabled.

But it's quite interesting that Apple seems okay with not taking a cut of e.g. Uber, but does want to take a cut of Spotify. Why should they be treated differently?

> Not really, it's 30% for everyone, not just Spotify. As they mention on the website. That's not true. It's not 30% for Uber or Deliveroo. And most importantly, it's not 30% for Apple Music.

I don't think Spotify complains about customer acquisition costs. They complain about having to give away 30% of their revenue forever. That's not the case on the PC, or anywhere else.

I think that's more of a US versus the rest of the world thing. You can't do that anywhere in Europe with any carrier either without incurring change fees. Standby and same day changes is not really a thing outside of the US.

The site addresses this pretty well at almost the top of the page: - If your flight is within the EU and is operated either by an EU or a non-EU airline - If your flight arrives in the EU from outside the EU and is operated by an EU airline

Absolutely. It's completely stupid to go back on a deal when they were upholding their end. It means that there is no point in any country doing long term deals with the US when they know the next president is just going to tear it up

Yes, that is what is used with MPEG-DASH and HLS too. But none of the DRM systems implemented (beyond ClearKey) is used on just pure MP4 files. So while EME works in either case, nobody is doing it with the file formats natively supported.

Why not use something like video.js which already has a number of pluggable backend and third party plugins supported. Just for the lack of TypeScript?

The <video> tag for instance doesn't support MPEG-DASH and HLS (outside of Edge and Safari). So if you want to do DRM or live streaming, that isn't supported. Thats why this project bundles shaka-player and hls.js

There are a lot of work in the area of reducing this for segmented output too. Including solutions such as CMAF. BBC has a lot of information about their testing here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/rd/projects/low-latency-
