Thanks for looking this up, I'll let the hosting provider know.

Thanks a lot cleverjake. I'm still running the anti-malware on my mac, so I'm not ssh'ing into the server. Am I being paranoid? FYI - It is on shared hosting. Also, this might sound stupid - how do I DM you?

My site got "cracked"/defaced. how do I find the root cause/method?

has the traffic that you've received so far translated into any actual affiliate business for you?

Yet, we might not understand the things that seem obvious. Gravity, light etc can be "obvious" to most people, but not really understood.

Totally agree. The only problem about indicating 500 mil people could be wrong is that your voice gets drowned in the noise. Just wait it out and then send a post..."I told you so".

1. Could you point out to a few such niches where there is "real need for software, but limited competition". 2. How does one go about finding such niches?

Ah, the new year. People are gambling away to glory again. Maybe they are sure someone will bail them out.

Liked the leverage bit. But it's tough getting it right. Guess the trick is to prevent them from taking you for granted, yet staying within reach so they don't give up on retaining you. Easier said than done.

Interesting observation. I've observed many times it's just about opening the appropriate file/IDE and the rest takes care of itself.

People shouldn't have to line up for any phone. I own an iphone but I'd never line up for it.

Wonder if there will be statistics released on how many google users export data using this method. That would signal an interesting trend. Of course anything coming from Facebook HQ would have to taken with a pinch of salt.

$62,500 per song? How earth did the jury "determine" this. Seems like someone pulled out a number out of their you-know-what!!

Are you paying for traffic or is it organic? Do a cost analysis to see how long you'll last at the current burn rate. Make amends accordingly.

The "Don't try hard" + "Muhammad Ali" combination isn't accurate. He pushed "hard" beyond limits, both in the ring and out of it. If you read one his biographies containing details of his bouts and you'll know what I mean.

Can you repeat the acquisition process for 10 more customers? Getting the initial set of customers is extremely tough. Good luck.

Do you really have plans for both paths you talked about? Doubt it. Do you have what it takes to execute that plan? If you do have a plan you think can execute to generate revenue from day one, why don't you test that out? It probably won't

Could I also please sue various world governments for not considering me ;)

Did they come after you or did you approach/pitch first?

by codyguy 16y ago
"they" usually don't come.
