   Gaining followers might not be the right metric to follow. A stable framework might not gain followers at the same rate as a hyped up shiny-new-thing. Since you say you are "bored", why not try both out for a day or two and see what's more

   Agree - The interview process needs to be questioned too. How relevant is writing a linked list to the current position? Maybe it is. Mostly it isn't. Canned interview processes end up in disappointment for both sides.

   Think about some other angles too. Is he prepared to be your employee? For how long? Do you think he could take you for granted? What if it doesn't work out for one of you? How bad could it get? Are you both prepared to handle the consequen
